This is the initial training.
Training will be provided by Dr. Jimmy Stokes, Executive Director of GAEL.
There will be several updates to hearing procedures dictated by recent General Assembly actions and rulings by the State Board of Education. The training and completion of an individual assignment meet the training requirement for State Board rule 160-4-8-.15.
The training will begin at 9:00 AM and conclude at Noon.
The training is required for all persons that participate in a tribunal hearing either as a tribunal member or hearing officer.
You must register with a RESA to get the Zoom link.
There is no charge for the GAEL sponsored training.
A Zoom Link and materials will be sent out the day before the training.
