Audience: Current/future school leaders approved by School District
Purpose: To provide current/future school leaders professional growth opportunities in various school leadership areas aligned with the 8 LAPS standards. Course I is designed to orient school leaders to the 8 LAPS standards and the work in schools that aligns with the standards. There will be six onsite professional learning sessions at Okefenokee RESA and 3-4 virtual simulations aligned with the standards. This course will prepare participants for course II which will be a performance-based course with a series of leadership tasks to complete with the support of a leadership coach.
